Returns and refunds

Return window

You can return unopened, unused equipment in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

For safety reasons, equipment that has been filled with fuel or oil, or operated, cannot be returned unless it is defective.

Email support@generatorhubs.store with your order number. Returns are free: we send you a prepaid return label.

Refunds go to your original payment method after we receive and inspect the item.

If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
