Ordering and payment
How do I pay?
By invoice, paid by bank transfer (ACH, domestic wire or international wire). You receive your invoice with our bank details by email right after placing your order. See Payment methods.
When is my order confirmed?
As soon as your transfer is received. We email you a confirmation and ship within 1–3 business days.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, free of charge, at any time before it ships.
Shipping
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on every order, in the US and internationally.
How long does delivery take?
5–8 business days in the US and 7–12 business days internationally, after dispatch.
Do you ship to California?
Yes, for CARB compliant models. Each product page shows whether a model is CARB compliant.
Returns
What is your return policy?
Free returns within 30 days of delivery for unused products. We send the prepaid label. See Returns and refunds.
How do I get my refund?
By bank transfer to the account you paid from, within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
Products
Are your products new?
Yes. Every product is new, in its original packaging.
Which generator size do I need?
Read our sizing guide or call us at +1 408 320 0180 with the list of appliances you want to power.
Do generators come with oil?
It depends on the manufacturer. The product manual says which oil to use; never start a generator without checking the oil level.
