Payment methods

Generator Hubs accepts payment by invoice, paid by bank transfer. This page explains how it works.

How it works

1. Place your order at checkout and choose how you will send the transfer.
2. You immediately see your bank details on the confirmation page and receive your invoice (PDF) by email.
3. Send the bank transfer for the invoice total, with the payment reference shown on your invoice.
4. When the payment is received, we confirm your order by email and ship it within 1–3 business days.

Accepted transfer types

• Domestic transfer (ACH or wire) from a US bank account. ACH is usually free; a domestic wire arrives the same day.
• International wire in US dollars from a bank outside the US.
• International wire in another currency (EUR, GBP, CAD and others). This option requires a specific memo line, shown on your invoice; without it, the transfer cannot reach our account.

Currency and fees

All prices and invoices are in US dollars. We do not charge any payment fee. Your bank may charge a fee for sending a transfer, especially for international wires; the amount we receive must equal the invoice total.

Important

• Your order is confirmed and shipped only after the payment is received. Without payment, the order is not confirmed and will not be delivered.
• Unpaid orders are cancelled automatically after 7 days.
• Only use the bank details shown on your invoice and on this website. We will never ask you to pay to a different account by phone or email. If in doubt, call us at +1 408 320 0180.

Sales tax

Prices shown are the total you pay. No sales tax is added at checkout.
